About us
Parcels that wait for you, not the other way round.
Parcel24 runs self-service parcel lockers across Nairobi. You drop a parcel into a locker door, the person it is for gets a code by SMS, and they collect it whenever suits them. Nobody waits in for a rider, and nobody hands a parcel to a stranger.
Lockers stand in malls, petrol stations and estates. Each parcel has its own code that opens one door, once, and doors come in sizes from documents up to a gym bag. We write the software that runs every locker, and we fit and maintain the cabinets ourselves. Parcel24 is operated by Ecom Parcelhub Ltd.
